Noisy environment due to thin walls and lack of privacy in some rooms.

It was so convenient to be able to walk to see a show. the hotel was also very close to two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. the room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the opera house from the balcony. the staff were friendly and quick to address any issues, like a problem with the shower drain. a great location and pleasant stay.
